Severum and Blood Parrot Breeding - 2009/03/31 17:19
Hi there, I just have some questions. I've had my cichlids for a long time now and my blood parrot which is female is always wanting to lay eggs. i have 3 blood parrots and a male and female severum along with some others. anyways for about the past couple weeks i've noticed my blood parrot and male severum hanging out on one side of the tank. In the past couple day the blood parrot had pretty much dug up that side and they are always over there. the severum has developed a darker color and the blood parrot is extremely orange now. from what i know and have experienced they are about to breed. has anyone heard of these 2 different fish breeding together? i have a read a lot about blood parrots breeding with other fish. just wondering.
