y do they shake - 2008/01/28 12:46 i have had a tank with 2 clowns knifes,oscar and iredecsent shark for about a yr .but i had been wanting the african chichlids so i finally got some.i have no clue what there sex is or how to tell.and i have noticed 1 out of the 5 that i got shakes alot shorta looks like he is having seizures or somthing.is he/she sick or do they all do that?

Your cichlids must be a good size to survive with the other fish!

I dont think there is anything wrong with your cichlid. It is probably a male and doing very as it is either staking its territoy of courting a female to breed.
