new to cichlids, need help please - 2009/01/27 09:32
i have a 38 gallon tank and i have started out by putting black gravel substrate in. i have a 40 gal filter and 200 watt heater. the tank has been set up for about 2 days now and the water quality is starting to lvl out. i keep platys and corys so im not completely new to the fish thing, just the cichlid thing.
i want cichlids because they are beautiful and interesting fish. what can i put into the tank to heighten their quality of life and their colors?
((btw, im looking to put africans in the tank))
