New 120 tank - 2008/06/20 17:47 Just got a new 120 gallon tank and have been slowly cycling just put my fish in yesterday. I have a few SA CA cichlids and come others.
1 Albino Tiger Oscat
1 Red Oscar
4 Convicts
1 electric blue JD
1 JD
1 Green Terror
3 red belled pacu
1 silver dollar
1 pleco
1 angelfish
30 feeders swimming around all the time

Think thats too much?
I have a huge quarts "mountain" in the tank and lots of hiding spots and plants. What do you think?

Re:New 120 tank - 2008/06/28 14:33 hey man that to much i have a 120 gallon with one pink convict green terror and jack dempsey they live good and plus man you dont want that much fish oscars are dirty and havin two jack dempseys will lead to problems and four convicts will also have problems just try pickin just four out of that list and they will do great.. the more space the happier fish..the angels will get killed and the pacu are really not interesting

Re:New 120 tank - 2008/07/02 10:23 Yea the angel died a few nights ago, and so did the green terror, but every one else is good to go my convicts have breeding partners are are doing great. And the red oscar had a bad case of ick and died thank you petsmart, not planning on buying anything else from them. Bad history so far. So the tank has thinned out the list is...
1 Albino Oscar
4 Convicts
2 Jack Dempseys
1 Pelco
2 Feeders

So now once they get put back in from the quarintine tank they will have plenty of room.
