Assuming you are not kidding us, I am thinking, based on the aggressive nature of the fish specified, the sheer numbers of fishes listed, as well as the size potential of the fish, that a 250 gallon tank would be somewhat inadequate. I would recommend a commercial sized 500 for the health of the specimen.
