lack of oxygen - 2008/03/30 16:37
Hi everyone.I have a question. I had 11 african cichlids and slowly they started dying after putting 3 oscars and a big algae eater. I have a 50gallon aquarium. 2 days after putting them together the chichlids started dying I took out the oscars and algae eater. My question is...now that the oscars and algae eater are out of the aquarium, the remaing cichlids are at the top of the aquarium, like they are lacking oxygen, is there anything that i can do. I took a sample of water to the pet store and they told me the sample was good. I got 4 cichlids out of 11 left and I would like to save them. Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.
