Re:Why Cichlids ? - 2008/02/20 16:55 I was given the jewel cichlid 3 years ago and i fell in love with cichlids. I also have a tetra tank and a goldfish tank. I have heard that the smaller the marine tank the harder it is to maintain constant levels, sounds all to hard for me

Re:Why Cichlids ? - 2008/02/21 12:11 Did research and like many reasons: the varying colors, sizes, types-the fact they are hardy fish and fairly easy to maintain if you do it right. Fun to watch now that I have my own! Seem to always be doing things, whether chasing each other, playing, or just going around gravel bed and digging up food-rocks-shells.
